it is an interior doorway, no door. its wrapped in fluted trim and there is a dutch vaulted ceiling where the vault or gable comes down right over top of the doorway header. I would like to have it fixed by the builder (the standard come back once and fix drywall cracks and nailpop deal). We had it built almost 2 years ago, shouldn't it be settled in by now?.
