I had a similar experience and this is what I did. Push the large button down on the first remote and then push the red square button on the back of the motor unit until the light beside the red button is flashing. Let go of the the red button while continuing to depress the remote button the yellow light should still be flashing. Press the red button one short push and the garage light on the motor unit should blink once to lock in the code of this remote. Push the large button on the second remote and see if the yellow light is flashing if so, push the red button on the motor unit one short push and the light should blink again locking in the code. Both remotes should now work. However I cannot get my third remote I have to program so will keep trying to figure it out. Hope this helps,,,,, Dale
