WITH TODAYS MORE STRINGENT SEISMIC BLD'G CODES, ESPECIALLY ON THE WEST COAST, IT IS GETTING HARDER TO BE CREATIVE IN THE DESIGN ASPECTS, WHICH WONT COST A HOME BYER AN ARM AND A LEG. IS THE NO END TO IT?
