The Neptune Washer I bought in 2000 for $1000 will not spin. It fills up with water, then shuts off when it tries to spin. I finally made contact with my dealer today by phone. He told me that after all of the training he took to work on Maytag appliances, Maytag told him that he had to pay $1000 to buy into a contract to continue, so he no longer can do warrantee work. Maytag says I have a $100 deductible. I'm sorry I ever bought a Maytag.
