wiring outdoor spotlights

Posted by Dave D. on March 18th, 2004 09:53 AM

I am installing 8-100 watt spots for landscaping. The run will be a total of 100 feet from the breaker. i want one switch to operate all. Wire will be in buried conduit. I am going to use a 15AMP breaker and 14-3 wire. Is that OK. I am not installing any outlets, so no GFCI, right? Can anyone reassure me with a diagram or instructions on how to wire. Do the two hots from the switch go to all lights, or just the first light? Thanks
