I was removing some wallpaper and in my kitchen this weekend only to find that there was another layer of border. This layer of border had been painted over with primer. I used the paper tiger and DIF Gel. They worked wonders on the regular paper and border, but not the "Primered" border. Anyone ever run into this? Any advice would be appreciated!!!
