Water Softener problem

It appears that a failure in my Saxton water softener has caused blockage of all but a trickle of water flow throughout my house. I am currently dealing with the problem by using the by-pass built into the unit. Can you provide me with a manual that would help me to diagnose the problem? Also, can you give me any guidance, i.e., tell me what are the most likely causes of the problem and what I should be looking for or what I might be able to do to correct it. To learn more about the construction of the unit, I would welcome an opportunity to visit your facility on Mac Arthur Blvd and speak with someone -- if you are still at that location and would allow visitors.
