drywall primer

You don't have to use kilz or binz on new drywall. These primers are usually used to prime over water stains or other marks on your wall that paint wont cover. You can use a latex wall sealer/primer. Either primer will work, but kilz and binz have a very toxic smell!!! The latex will work just great on new drywall. cheaper,less toxic and water clean up.
