Hi...We're in the process of sprucing up our tudor. It's a 3500 sq. ft. home on 1.3 acres. It's a very traditional style tudor, steep roof lines and tall casement windows galore. It's brown on the bottom half, with the stucco board painted beige instead of the traditional white. I didn't like the bright white when we had it painted last year wo we switched to beige. The brick on the bottom is multi browns and beiges. The question I have is I'm thinking of changing the roof to dark green, adding flower boxes on the windows in an accent of like a burgundy. Do you think that's ok? It's a very big roof, and I'm really afraid of the big change from the brownish orange it is now to green. but I really think it would give it a cottage/tudor look. Please let me know, we're ready to call the roofers soon! thanks so much..love all the things you do on tv! Peggy
