Removing Stucco?

Or do you mean texture.
Stucco is a mortar product with exposed sand finish, and is very tough. Trying to take it off will pretty well destroy whatever is under it, unless it is concrete or concrete block.
Texture on drywall is a little easier to remove, but still not easy. I question why you want to remove it. Drywall is usually textured to cover imperfections.
Removing texture depends upon what kind of texture, but it usually must be sanded off. Generally very labor-intensive. The kinds of texture I have seen are small/medium/large orange peel, knockdown, sand finish and paint roller type.
