is simple but a little involved and you gotta take your time

get older home improvment book from you local library, one with pics and diagrams

cut the paint edges on all parts to be removed to you dont have big paint chips come off and require repainting

dont pull old nails off old monding, just cut em flush and drive new nails right next to old when reinstalling

keeps the repainting chanches to zero
