i have loved my frontloader neptune until the week after xmas. it doesnt do this ALL the time, but it does it enough to drive me nuts... it will tumble the clothes (in rinse cycle) but not go into a high speed spin. so the clothes are sopping wet. i do not think that it is the door lock thing. i believe that it has something to do with the timer. it is a four year old machine and doesnt have the electronic board. it has the dials. it was the last dial model that lowes had and i felt like it would have less potential problems with the dial model ...hahaha. i called a repairman and havent seen him yet!!!it is march. so now i am calling another. i really am disappointed in it. i had also purchased the electric dryer (so i would have a set!) it has not given me any problems,(yet)
