Lean on property

In hope that you 'll give me an answer...when I met my girlfriend, she already had a house.It was intent to foreclose.We made a deal, me to pay mortgages and repairs, she 'll sign for a half of the house.
We had a paper in a safe in the house for all six years of living together.
Now the papers are gone, restraining order is in effect and I can not prove it.
Have copies of the checks for mortgages and utilities for last 60 months, have signed and notarized statements that I performed tling (800 sq ft), wiring (phones, faxes, cable and satelite TV, computer lines), building a shed, patio, deck and fence.
How can I put a lean on property and is there a way to get some money out of it, let alone that I lost my half of the house?
