I have an indoor porch that has a plywood floor. I want to paint it to look like tiles. Can I just use a semi-gloss paint then urethane over that so seal it? The painted floor is only temporary, until I have the money to tile it. Will I be able to tile directly over the urethane or will the tiles lift? Thanks.
