My garbage disposal is constantly stuck even though there's nothign in it. The first time it happened, I got it turning by hand (well broomstick to be exact) and hit the reset button. It spun up just like new when turned on. A day later it stopped again, and even though I can spin it by broomstick it won't go when i hit the reset button and turn it on. Any ideas?
