Molds ??

Lana, "Hi",you say, that the rustcolored mold stuff "keeps" comming back,?
1) is there a damp musty smell in the house/room.?
2) is any of this "mold" out side the house ( on the window sills outside ?)
3) is the house warm and humid in any way ?
4) and is there any one room where there seems more than in the others ??
