I have an old 1930's Diner which is now office, in the basement is an old speak easy with original pine bar, full bath & terrazzo floor. I have renovated most of the building and now its' time for the basement. The building had been vacant for 10 years and of course the building did no owe anyone penny when I purchased it. Throughout the years large can and anything else was left to rust and bleed into the floor, I have tried everything, and I'm now considering grinding! ??? srec@ameritech.net
