you gotta get that wall paint off, you cant build on a bad foundation
then go to paint store, not home depot(they sell garbage paint) get some floor paint and redo it
important to pay attention to my instructions to get old paint off, it should come off easy with scraper, have hubby do it as he the one that make the mess
once the paint is off the floor, get him back on couch where he belongs
remember local paint store, hopefully one that carries ben moore line of paints, they make great floor paints, tell the counter men or women what you doing, they sell you the best paint and supplies and hel;p you with colors
