the electric company actually came to your home and checked the box ? in two days? thats remarkable

did they check for voltage fluxuations at the point of delivery>?

other than that, i reccomend making sure all bulbs are tight in sockets, use high quality bulbs, like ge brand. not them yugoslavia/chinese bulbs
