I know I won't get in trouble for picking it up, because we pick up stuff from the trash often. One time I threw out 5 old computers the evening before trash day and the next morning they were all gone! If it's next to the driveway trash can, then it's yours.
I still want to know though how can I clean it, and is it antique?
