I just finished installing a Hampton Bay "Landmark Plus" ceiling fan and want to advise that this was by far the easiest fan I have ever hung. Having the rubber washers on the blade holder and the mounting screws on the other end of the blade holder made it very nice. Fool proof design for attaching the blade holder to the fan was nice too. Another time saver was the quick connect for the wires on the light kit. Kudos to Hampton Bay for a great design.
