After a highly recommended builder had our blueprints for 8 months (for estimate) the blueprints were returned to us with a letter saying they didn't have the time to do our dream house the justice it deserved. Does anyone have an EASY way to find a respectible builder for a certain geographic area? Your help is much appreciated.
