I am using DIF right now. I LOVE IT! I pulled the linen wallpaper off the wall which left the back layer of wallpaper, I then sprayed DIF as directed onto the walls. 20 minutes later, with a scrapper, I easily removed the backing of the wallpaper. Then using a rag rinsed in hot water I am wiping off the glue. It is a lot of work but much easier than the last house I used just vinegar and water.
