is the cement on the glass or the aluminum portion of the windows, if on the glass, just wash with soapy water with vinegar in it and use a soft sponge, do not scrub or the cement may scratch the glass. on the aluminum clad portion, use the same mixture and brush it on with a paint brush and work it off
