In-Floor Hydronic Heat

Posted by John Gimpel on March 26th, 2004 09:27 AM

I recently completed a new home with hot water in-floor heat. I have warm and cold spots in the floors, in each zone (4). Is this the result of using standard concrete (low aggregate content) vs. a different product I think is called Gypcrete? Does this gypcrete transfer heat better?
