Plaster and Brown Stuff

All this stuff dries out over time, hence the cracks. If they are big, consider unusual amount of house settling and address. Brown stuff may be sealer. Sand it all off, fill cracks, reseal, re-paint/other. If you can, when filling cracks, use a concrete bonding product or at least a light spray of water. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
