Purchase a set of polishing pads. start polishing the granite with the grit #50 pad using a low rpm grinder/sander , then work all the way up with #80...100,200,300,500,800,1000,2000,3000 and 3800 grit pads. Different pads manufacturer have different number markings on their pads, just make sure you start from the small number all the way up to the largest number. Make sure to wet the granite occasionally. Polishing granite takes time, there's no shortcut. Hope this Helps.
