I have built a deck, and miss calculated my stairs. I need a formula for building and making stringers. I feel I could "figure it out" but would prefer some expert advice so I do not waste a bunch of time, money and wood by screwing up before I get it right. I have limited space and need a formula to figure my rise & run, and need to know the best way to make the actual stringer. Thank you very much for all of your help! Jason
P.S. Are there any handy tools that would make this task easier to figure or do? I have all the basics (drills, saws, etc., etc.). Thank you again.
