ceramic tiles

we have ceramic tiles in our kitchen and before we bought our house 6 Months ago they had an aqaurium leak down there wall for a while and it did some damage downstairs that he repaired.
It kinda looks like my tile have dropped only in that area when i put a straight edge across from one tile to the next there is a 3/16 gap
only in that place but when i jump in that spot it dosent feel soft could they have sank when the water was there and is there any way to fix the tiles
