problem is if i hold down the button and keep holding the button on the wall down the door works fine. soon as i let off it it stops. the remotes will open the door but to close it all it does it click and the light on the motor flashes.
first problem i noticed was i went out to go to work in the morning and the door was up. i closed it went to work when i came home the door was up again.i disconnected the sensors thinking maybe that was the problem. its not the problem. is the problem perhaps the wall button or possibly a short somewhere within the remotes? or maybe something in the control board on the motor itself? any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated...thank you
