O.K. guys, now i'm confused. Does the closet flange need to be mounted on top of the cermaic tile, or mounted to the concrete like it was previously and tile up to the flange. If I mount it to the concrete, the flange will be about flush with the top of the tile. I am not a big fan of using 2 wax rings to get a good seal. Maybe some type of flange extender?
