Hello, I am the webmaster for MaytagProblems.com, a website designed to raise awareness about the problems with the Maytag NeptuneŽ washing machine. By raising awareness of the NeptuneŽ problems we hope to force Maytag to remedy the situation, and bring satisfaction to consumers. If you own a Maytag NeptuneŽ Washing Machine and have experienced problems with mold or mildew, water leaking, door latch failures, control board failures or problems with your boot kit failing, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for information (including stories or pictures) from consumers for possible inclusion on the website.
