Yes, this is on the second story (main level) which supports the roof. Assuming this is a bearing wall, what will the truss setup look like compared to a non-load bearing wall?
Also, I have an exterior wall on one end of the "to be" remodeled space, and I want to remove the next 15 feet of existing interior wall. Can I brace the ends enough to accomodate the span or add anything above the trusses (in the attic) to span the load across the 15 feet I want to open up?
