Jay... I am in the same boat you are except my problem is worse. I would not use the Dry lock on your old foundation wall. Dry lock has a higher portland content that can further disintingrate your foundation walls. Your 1/8 can turn to 2 inches in a few years when the Dry lock fails. That is what happened to my old basement. I am waiting to hear for a solution.
