My husband and I are in the process of having our home built. Our contractor is actually doing the painting inside and out. I have ideas on what colors I want to paint the inside and outside, but I have never done this before. Please give me advice on the best paints (not neccessarily the most expensive) to use. There are so many different types of paint out there, I don't know where to begin. It's a small house (1300 sq ft), and our first at that, so we don't need the best, but I would like something that will last awhile and look nice. Thank You.
