I have ... well, I don't even know the model number or make. I think the builders of the house had their own brand... Anyway, the pilot light is on, the gas is running, the water heater is working properly, but our furnace won't turn on! We've been living with cold temps in the house for weeks now! Can anyone help, please? I'd really rather not buy a new one.
