I have never been very fond of Craftsman tools. I work in a heavy truck repair shop and tools that have chipped or worn chroming is not a very pleasing site in a high end business like teh one I work at. My shop does fleet services on over a thousand rigs. I threw out all my craftsman tools and went to Snap On and Husky. My tool collection is worth over $60,000 with my tool box costing over $15,000 itself. Nothing from Craftsman will ever be worth that kind of money. I have no complaints with even the Husky tools which cost less than Craftsman and are of much better quality. In my opinion, Craftsman tools are far overrated.
