on nice sunny day open doors, trunk hood, glove box, everything, let it air out the whole day in the sun, perhaps 2 or 3 days like that
then get some mildew killing bathroom cleaner and scrub all visable mildew
dump 2 or 3 boxes of baking soda all around interior, let sit a day or 2 then vacume it up, this will get rid of the smell
then more searching and scrubbing for traces of mildew
works on any car, new or old
