Prints and schematics

I own a Pulse 21 with a 3 Ton Model HP 19-311-6P Heat Pump.
The unit is getting up in the years and would like to have more than the schematic that is inside the panel for troubleshooting purposes.
Because it is a Lennox and it is pulse fired there are a lot of propriatary components that you cannot just pick up at the local HVAC supply chain. Some complete prints and literature would be very helpful ti have if I need to do a diagnostic check in an emergency. Which usually happens at 3:00 AM when you wake up freezing. :c)
Does anyone know where this documentation can be aquired. I tried Lennox directly and they dont want to let go of such valuable materials. You know the speech about qualified service technicians coming out to check out your bank account.. I mean your furnace...
