My house was built by Ray Ellison Homes in San Antonio in 1985. Ray Ellison Homes was bought out by Kaufman and Broad. I am in the process of selling my house but have noticed the siding is deteriorating. I was told there was a class action suit and am wondering if I have a claim.
Can you advise?
