I have a band. I need cheap ideas on how i can insulate my garage so that my sound doesnt leak into the street. I have an idea right now about putting a piece of Sound Board (a ply wood type piece), Sound Foam (a 2.5in. thick piece of foam), egg cartons, and topping it off with another piece of Sound Board. I have to put this up against the garage door everytime I need to use it. Tell me if this is a good idea or not.
