Poured concrete walls

I am attempting to paint a poured basement wall. These walls have holes with a plastic wheel that was eveidently used for a form pin. I know I can use cement patch to fill the holes made by these pins, but there are several of these plastic wheels still in the wall. How do I remove these? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
