I painted a bathroom using Lowe's Olympia water-based semi-gloss paint for kitchen and bath. The salesman told me the paint was very low odor and low toxic. Not so if one is allergic to chemicals. I painted the room three weeks ago and have tried everything to rid the room of the odor. An air purifier designed to clean 1200 sq. ft. and which contains a hepa and charcoal filter has been in the room for three weeks and I still cannot go in the room without experiencing headache along with a chemical taste in my mouth and numbing of my tongue. I am desperate to get rid of the odor. Does anyone have a solution?
