Your thermostat has 2 switches. One selects heating, cooling or off, the other controls the fan and set it to on or auto. The fan switch should be on auto, otherwise it runs all the time regardless of whether heating or cooling is active. Check the switch settings and post back, but this is the simplest fix that matches your problem. It could be the wire to the thermostat that controls the fan has shorted, keeping the fan on all the time. That would be the next check, starting at the connection to the thermostat.
