My Dog Peed into the floor vent!

I have a 5 month old Saint Bernard puppy that peed into the floor vent 3 weeks ago. I have cleaned the vent out as far a possible for me. If anybody has any suggestions on how to get the nasty smell I will forvever be grateful.
