Problem was it would not close. It would travel 6" or so then reverse to full open, and the lights would blink. It would close only if I held the wall button down through the entire downward travel. It opened fine, but occasionally it would stop in the up travel also. I replaced the logic board (it came with a new wall button) but that didn't fix it. What finally worked was a good grease job on the gondola track. Run the unit back and forth a few times to spread it out. You can even pull red release handle (with the door down)and cycle the unit without the door to ensure free movement. Ensure you have green lights on both sensor eye units, and ensure the down and up pressure settings are in the normal to high range(or 5 to 9 depending on your unit). Pull the red release handle and move the door up and down by hand to ensure it moves easily. Spray some WD40 on the wheels and axels.
