I just rented an apartment in which the shower door won't slide. The owner lives in Japan and the rental agent says nastily "Well, it's JUST a $3. part!" What three dollar part is it and how do I fix it? (Since I am a petite woman), do I have to lift the glass doors out of the track to install the roller or whatever it is? Please help.
