HELP! I have a 2yr.old town home,that allows my neighbors wall mounted surrond sound to reverberate through my living room.We want to remain friends. I saw a program where you sound proofed a ceiling. PLEASE give me recoomendationfor a wall soundproofing system & how to find a professional installation contractor.THANK YOU
