how to replace a single pole bathroom fan with a digital wall timer switch

replaceing a bathroom fan switch with a wall timer switch. The old switch has a post/neg/ and ground wire,, the new switch has a white neutral wire, a blue wire that leads to circuitload conductor and a black wire that leads to circuit line connector and no ground screw on the new switch??? what wires do u connect on the new wall switch?
