I have 3 concrete bridges over creeks on my street. One is on one side of the street and then there are two right after each other on the other end. All three have some type of ID# on them. Where do I go to find out how old they are? I've tried to look and see if any workers come to fix them so I can ask, but no one ever comes, and I've lived here almost 10 years!
